SassyMac Schooling Ltd provides online homeschooling and tutoring services to families in the UK and abroad.
Our lessons are delivered by qualified UK teachers and hosted via secure platforms such as Thinkific and Zoom.

3. Our Services

We offer:

• Online homeschooling sessions for ages 5–16

• Tutoring classes (English, Maths, Science, and more)

• Early years phonics and maths programmes (“Mini Macs”)

• Recorded lessons and learning resources

All classes are subject to availability and may be updated or changed as needed to maintain quality and compliance with the UK National Curriculum.

4. Registration and Enrolment

To enrol, you may need to create an account, provide accurate details, and complete payment through our secure checkout.
You must be over 18 years old to register on behalf of a child.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all details are accurate and kept up to date

• Supervising your child during online lessons (where appropriate)

• Maintaining a reliable internet connection and suitable learning environment

5. Payments and Fees

All prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

You agree to:

• Pay all fees by the due date

• Keep your payment details accurate and up to date

• Understand that non-payment may result in suspension of access

Subscriptions (e.g., monthly Family Pass) renew automatically unless cancelled according to Section 6.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your learning experience.
However, please note the following:

• Refunds are available only within 14 days of purchase, provided no classes or materials have been accessed.

• Ongoing subscriptions may be cancelled with one full month’s notice.

• Missed sessions or internet issues on your side are not eligible for refunds.

• If we cancel a class, you will be offered a replacement or credit.

7. Lesson Conduct and Safeguarding

We maintain high professional standards in all lessons.
All SassyMac teachers hold UK teaching qualifications, are DBS-checked, and follow our Safeguarding and Online Safety Policies.

By joining a lesson, you agree that:

• Children should dress appropriately and be supervised if under 12.

• Lesson recordings are for safeguarding and quality assurance only.

• Students and parents will behave respectfully toward teachers and peers.

Any inappropriate behaviour or breach of safeguarding rules may result in removal from the programme without refund.

8. Use of Materials

All lesson materials, videos, worksheets, and downloads remain the intellectual property of SassyMac Schooling Ltd.
You may use them for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not copy, share, sell, or upload our materials elsewhere without written permission.

9. Technology and Access

You are responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements for online lessons.
We are not liable for interruptions due to user-side technical issues, Wi-Fi instability, or device malfunction.

10. Safeguarding and Privacy

We take privacy and child safety seriously.
All data collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Parents may request copies of safeguarding or data-handling policies at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or lessons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SassyMac Schooling Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues beyond our control

• Loss of data or income

• Misuse of resources outside of our approved platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, videos, lesson resources, and branding (including the “SassyMac Schooling” name and logo) are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No part of the website may be reproduced without written permission.

13. Changes to Services

We may occasionally modify lesson content, timetables, or prices to maintain high educational standards.
Where significant changes occur, we will notify all active customers in advance via email.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach these Terms

• Payment is overdue

• Behavioural or safeguarding concerns arise

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
